construction, maintenance and operations contracts and the procurement of major
equipment.
Areas of specialisation include contract formation, contract administration, claims negotiation
and dispute resolution.
Extensive involvement in the Project and Construction Management of large industrial,
engineering and resource projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea and UK North Sea.
Actively involved in the provision of advice on project delivery and contracting methods best
suited for major plant upgrades, expansions, refurbishments and green fields projects,
including engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM), design & construct
to a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), schedule of rates and lump sum construction
packages.
Actively involved in the negotiated settlement of contractual disputes and claims.
Arbitration and Mediation of disputes arising from multi-discipline engineering, industrial and
resource projects, including design, supply and construction contracts management and
administration.
